Leslie is President of Catalyst Consulting Group, an organizational development/change management consulting firm. A juggler, with a history of bringing fun to the work she does, she devotes her practice to meeting the needs of Fortune 500 companies, start-up organizations and non-profit groups. Leslie is also the author of "301 Ways to Have Fun at Work."

Kevin will discuss Computer Associate's challenge in delivering a leadership development program to over 2800 managers located in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America within six to nine months. He will show how CA met this challenge head-on and how it continues to build awareness and support for this program throughout all levels of management in the company.

Mr. Long is presently Vice President for Human Resources at Computer Associates. Prior to assuming this role, he has held various management positions in research and development, client education and marketing during his fifteen years at Computer Associates.

Ms. Ponzi will address the process of fostering innovation for our cross functional new products team by using the "Six Thinking Hats" training program for productivity originated by Dr. Edward de Bono.

Ms. Ponzi heads up the Human Resources function for Esselte Corporation, an office products manufacturer based in Melville with approximately 3000 employees in four countries and eleven locations. Ms. Ponzi was formerly with Canon USA, American Express, J.P. Morgan, Michelin Tire Corporation and Duane Reade in the human resources field. She is fluent in several languages which adds to her ability to function in the international workplace.

Tom will speak on "The Options and Effective Use of Contingency Work Force Solutions."

Currently Tom is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Adecco, the worlds largest Employment Services Company. Most recently, Tom managed the transition of the corporate Human Resources function from California to Melville, NY as part of the acquisition of Olsten Corporation. Previously, Tom worked in the insurance industry for CNA the country's largest Property Casualty Insurance firm.

Lester will present on "Hiring Now and Then - Staffing Initiatives for Immediate Impact and Future Leaders"

Lester is the Director of Global Strategic Staffing at Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 200 company and the world's largest distributor of electronic components and computer products. Les joined Arrow in 1996 as a Manager of Training and Organizational Development where he designed and managed the company's Management Assessment Center. Prior to joining Arrow, he was a Vice President and Director of Management Development at the Bank of New York.

Bob recently completed an assignment serving as co-leader of Symbol's Telxon Acquisition Integration Team. In previous roles at Symbol, over the past seven years, Bob has worked in a variety of human resource positions, including assignments in WorldWide Operations and Compensation & Benefits. Prior to joining Symbol Technologies, Bob worked for Sony Music Entertainment Company and for many years at AIL Systems.

Ms. Bartnick will address "Human Resources as an Integrated System of Practices Aligned with Business Strategy"

Janet Bartnick is Vice President for Human Resources at Vytra Health Plans. She joined Vytra in 1991 as Director for Human Resources, and was promoted to Vice President in 1998. Prior to working with Vytra, Ms. Bartnick worked five years as Human Resources Manager for a Long Island bank, was a generalist for a nationwide home health care company for two years and spent seven years managing a physician practice.

Mr. Albanese will speak on the topic of "Human Resources and Business Strategy"

Mr. Albanese is currently Director of Organizational Development for Henry Schein, Inc. where for the past four years his focus has led the strategic planning for Henry Schein's North American and European executive management. His particular focus has been on executive development, culture and team dynamics. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Mr. Albanese was Senior Vice President of the Leadership and Change Management Practice of the Richardson Company, a consulting group located in Philadelphia, PA.
