Robert L. Jernoske, Jr. has 30 years of industry experience, 18 at VSS. CEO since 2016, Mr. Jernoske has focused the organization’s initiatives on bringing the most sustainable technologies to its customers to help them achieve and exceed their business initiatives, while concurrently implementing innovative strategies to accelerate them to the forefront of their industries. Jay Fund came to Long Island 38 years ago from Boston. He grew up in Boston and was a product of the Boston Public Schools. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, he then obtained a master’s degree from Boston University School of Social Work in 1977. Jay worked as a school social worker until he moved to Long Island with his wife in 1981. On Long Island, he worked at Suburban Technical School. He left there and purchased Hunter Business School in 1999. At that time, Hunter was a small school that had one program. Over the last 21 years, the school established two locations on Long Island: Medford and Levittown . Hunter Business School currently has over 120 employees and enrolls over 1000 students per year. Hunter educates students to gain entry level employment in eight programs. These programs are Medical Assistant, Medical Office Administration, Medical Billing, Computer Repair with Networking, Web design and Development, Licensed Practical Nursing, Diagnostic Medical Sonography and their newest program Radiologic Technologist. They are proud of our relationship with the three Department Of Labor’s offices and other agencies that assist residents of Long Island. Hunter is licensed by the State of New York and Accredited By Middle States Accreditation CESS.
CEO, United Network Associates
Ed Eisenstein has over 20 years of extensive experience successfully implementing and managing corporate and government computer systems. In 2003, Ed Eisenstein served as Director of Network Services for Rent-A-PC, Inc. working with visionary technology leader Julian Sandler. In 2006, with Sandler’s blessing he started a Network Services company called United Network Associates, Inc in Farmingdale, NY. From 2006 to 2010, Ed managed a number of technology systems for companies in Manhattan and Long Island businesses. In 2010, he was appointed as Nassau County Chief Information Officer. While working as CIO at Nassau County, a number of employees and partners operate the technology service business and have grown it further. As a government policy maker, Ed Eisenstein brings a business style management concept to government technology. The current 2nd term County Executive works toward efficiency and performance increases and allows the Information Technology Department to provide a professional and business like service to the essential departments within County Government.
President/CEO, Tech Software
Walden Leverich is the CEO of Tech Software a Melville NY based provider of cloud solutions for research and clinical trial enterprises. Walden has over 30 years’ experience delivering enterprise solutions in the healthcare, financial services, and distribution industries. Today he spends most of his (non-management) time working with clients to deliver secure, reliable, user friendly solutions to their research and healthcare needs. He is a member of OMG’s Cloud Standards’ Healthcare and Practical Guide working groups, member of the Hofstra University computer science advisory board, member of the LISTnet board of directors, and a past President of the Long Island System Users Group. He is also a regular speaker at local and national user groups and conferences.
Walden is an escapee from Clarkson University where, other than things academic, he learned that Division 1 hockey is better enjoyed from the stands, water freezes at a temperature that isn’t all that cold after all, and you can meet your wife in college. When not doing geeky computer things, Walden enjoys getting mud on his Jeep, photography, bourbon, and watching Manchester United kick ass. The proud father of two girls and one boy he’s extremely happy he has an office to escape to each morning.

Andrew Ruditser, Founder and Lead Technology Coordinator of MAXBURST, Inc., graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering & Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and went on to Co-Found MAXBURST in 2007. Ruditser has been building lucrative internet companies for over 10 years and, in addition to his flagship companies; he also founded MAXPlaces, a B2B Intenet Marketing firm. He combines his love of technology and his talent for sales to create websites that are not only visually stimulating, but focus on usability and ROI. His organizational skills and passion for his staff and clients contributes to the on-going success of MAXBURST. Paul Trapani is an entrepreneur and consultant experienced in executive management, software design and development, business operations, and technology planning and strategy. He is President of Long Island Software and Technology Network (LISTnet) and runs software consulting company PJT Consulting. LISTnet serves as a chamber of commerce for the tech industry on Long Island and works to create a strong technology ecosystem for all companies on Long Island. PJT Consulting helps clients translate business requirements into software. Paul hold’s a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and master’s in Computer Science from Hofstra University. He enjoys food and cooking in his free time and helped to create the app Eat Everywhere.
